FastStart offers plan participants on maintenance prescriptions the opportunity to get started with mail order delivery without visiting your doctor to pick up a new prescription. Simply call the toll free number, have your ID card handy, and provide the representative with your doctor’s name and phone, and a list of your medications, as well as credit card information. The representative will coordinate the rest! You should expect your first order to arrive within two weeks.
